Bongéni pick-up and delivery service makes items transportation around Mauritius more affordable than ever.
One-off delivery is the most common shipping service for individuals or businesses, assuming one pick-up location and one destination.
The rate is calculated based on the vehicle type you choose, the distance between pick-up and drop-off and whether you will need driver’s assistance with loading and unloading. Once you choose there parameters in the app you will get instant quote before confirming the order.
For the moment there are two payment methods available "Cash Payment" and "MCB Juice payment". For approved business partners "Payment by invoice" is available.
Multi-stop is primarily designed for business users and allows to create delivery orders with several pick-ups and several drop-offs on the same route. Multi-stop orders can be booked only in Web Booker.
You can get an instant quote in the Web Booker or in the Bongéni mobile app after completing a quick signup. For multi-stop orders please use Web Booker.
Once you have selected a vehicle type for your delivery, you will have an option to request loading/unloading assistance by the driver. If you plan to move oversized items (like furniture), you may need to have extra movers available to load and unload your items together with the driver. So please make sure to have someone at the pickup and delivery locations to do the heavy lifting.
